Parents have the option to upgrade their player's QR code to our Recruiting Link Page (shown below). Coaches can scan it right on the sidelines and have access to everything they need to know to follow that player's journey.

How it works 🤓

Step #1
Pick your flyer, add your customization details, and check out to get started. Set a due date for parents to complete the player form (we recommend 7 days). The purchaser pays upfront and can either collect from the team or roll the cost into the next team/event fee.

Each flyer page includes a quick checklist so you’re prepared, or just buy now and we’ll email you the form to fill out whenever you’re ready!

Step #2
Within 24 hours of your order, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to get started, including a clickable PDF you can share with parents that explains the process and directs them where they can submit their player’s info and purchase any additional recruiting products.
You and your team will also receive a link to your team’s Google Sheet, allowing you to easily track who has submitted their information in real time, see who is still pending, and parents can check to ensure player details are correct.

Step #3
Parents will create an account and have access to your team page where they can send us their player's info, right on our form. Each entry will automatically populate your team’s Google Sheet. Parents can use the Google Sheet link in their PDF to double-check their submission and make sure their player info is correct.

STEP #4
Track who’s submitted their info using your team's Google Sheet, only the purchaser will have edit access, so you are able to make any edits, if needed. Within 24 hours after your team’s form deadline, we’ll create your flyer and send you a proof to review. Once approved, we’ll move it to production and email you a high-resolution PDF that you can print on your own right away. We will also send your order to our professional printer, and within 5–10 days, you’ll receive 50 premium printed flyers to use at your next event!

STEP #5
Moving forward, you can update your flyer at any time for $20. (Typically twice a year, at the beginning of the season to add/remove players & at school midterms to update GPA, Height/Weight.)
Adding a new player mid-season? No worries! Send them to our Team Recruit Flyers page where they can select Add a Player and send us their player info to be added to the flyer.
