Do you choose the clips or do I?
You do! You’ll tell us which clips to use. This ensures your video highlights the plays you feel best represent your game.
What footage do I need to provide?
You’ll submit game clips (screen recordings are okay) that clearly show your plays. We recommend including:
- Multiple games if possible
- A variety of situations (offense, defense, transition, etc.)
- Plays where you are clearly identifiable
Helpful tips are provided on the product page to guide you.
How long does it take to receive my video?
Turnaround time is typically 3–7 business days after all clips and information are submitted.
Can I make changes after it’s completed?
We include up to two minor edits within 7 days of delivery, such as small timing tweaks or text corrections. Please note that rearranging clips after submission is not included in these edits and would require an additional update fee. Major changes or additional clips may also require an update fee.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because Elite Highlight Videos are custom, made-to-order digital products, all sales are final once editing has begun.
If you need to cancel BEFORE we start working on your video, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate a cancellation or partial refund.
