Return & Refund Policy
Custom Products
Because nearly all Elite Recruit Shop products are custom-designed and personalized, we do not offer refunds once work has begun on an order, except where required by applicable law.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If work has not yet begun, we may issue a full refund at our discretion.
Complimentary Revisions
Most custom products include up to two (2) complimentary revisions if requested within seven (7) days of receiving your completed order.
A revision consists of reasonable minor adjustments that do not substantially change the original project and do not require significant redesign, recreation of the project, or replacement of customer-submitted content. Elite Recruit Shop reserves the sole right to determine what qualifies as a minor revision based on the product purchased and the scope of the requested changes.
Requests beyond two complimentary revisions, requests made after seven (7) days, or requests that significantly alter the original scope of the project may require the purchase of an additional editing service.
Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before providing final approval.
Once final approval has been provided, Elite Recruit Shop is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including but not limited to spelling, statistics, graduation year, contact information, coach information, or other factual details.
Digital Products
Because digital products cannot be returned after delivery, all digital downloads, digital files, Canva templates, link pages, graphics, videos, and other downloadable products are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
Template Editing Support
Customers who purchase Canva templates are welcome to customize their template for their own recruiting use.
However, if locked design elements are removed or the template is substantially modified, Elite Recruit Shop may decline future editing requests. Customers who significantly alter a template may be required to purchase a new template or editing service before additional support can be provided.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
- Orders cancelled before work begins may be eligible for a full refund at the sole discretion of Elite Recruit Shop.
- Orders cancelled after work has begun generally are not eligible for a refund because time has already been invested in creating your custom product.
- Elite Recruit Shop reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
