Order Processing

All Elite Recruit Shop printed products are custom-made to order. Production begins after your design has been approved (when applicable) and all required information has been received.

Production and design turnaround times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is included at no additional cost for all eligible printed products.

Customers who wish to receive their order sooner may select an expedited shipping option during checkout, when available. Expedited shipping rates are determined by our print fulfillment partner and are passed directly to the customer without markup by Elite Recruit Shop.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Printed products are professionally printed and shipped through our trusted third-party print fulfillment partner.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Elite Recruit Shop is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your printed order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with our print fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, this may include filing a claim or arranging for a replacement.

Elite Recruit Shop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Digital Products

Digital products, including videos, graphics, Canva templates, link pages, resumes, and other downloadable products, are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping charges.
