Welcome to Elite Recruit Shop. By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Accounts for athletes under the age of 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

Athletes who are 18 years of age or older may create and manage their own account.

2. Our Services

Elite Recruit Shop provides custom recruiting and branding products, including but not limited to:

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Maintain the security of their account.
Maintain communication with Elite Recruit Shop using their selected contact method (email, phone, or text) throughout the order process.
Respond in a timely manner to requests for information, proofs, approvals, revisions, or other communications necessary to complete an order.
Carefully review all proofs before approving final products.
Verify the accuracy of all names, statistics, graduation years, contact information, coach information, and other factual details submitted to Elite Recruit Shop.
Customers are responsible for providing the highest quality photos, videos, logos, and other materials reasonably available. While Elite Recruit Shop may enhance submitted media when appropriate, significant improvements cannot be guaranteed if the original files are extremely low quality, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for editing.
Obtain permission to use any photos, videos, logos, music, or other content submitted to Elite Recruit Shop.
Ensure that all submitted content does not violate the rights of any third party.

The customer is solely responsible for the content they provide.

4. Customer Communication

By selecting a preferred contact method during account creation or checkout, you authorize Elite Recruit Shop to use that method to communicate with you regarding your order, proofs, revisions, account updates, customer support, and other order-related matters.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their selected preferred method of communication and keeping their contact information accurate and up to date.

Elite Recruit Shop is not responsible for delays resulting from unanswered emails, text messages, phone calls, missed appointments, incomplete questionnaires, or failure to provide requested information.

If a customer becomes unresponsive for an extended period, Elite Recruit Shop reserves the right to place the order on hold until communication is re-established. Customer-related delays may affect estimated turnaround times.

5. Electronic Communications

By creating an account, placing an order, or communicating with Elite Recruit Shop through email, text message, website forms, social media, or other electronic means, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your account, orders, customer support, proofs, revisions, invoices, and other order-related matters.

You agree that these electronic communications constitute written communications and satisfy any requirement that communications between you and Elite Recruit Shop be provided in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for monitoring your selected communication method and responding in a timely manner to help avoid delays in completing your order.

6. Copyright & Submitted Content

By uploading photos, videos, logos, music, or other content, you represent that you own the content or have permission to authorize its use.

Elite Recruit Shop is not responsible for copyright infringement or other legal claims resulting from customer-supplied materials.

7. Use of Editing Technology

Elite Recruit Shop primarily relies on professional human design and editing to create every product. In some cases, we may use professional editing software and AI-assisted tools to enhance customer-provided photos, videos, and other media when doing so improves the quality of the final product.

These tools may be used for purposes such as improving image quality, reducing noise, sharpening details, enhancing resolution, removing backgrounds, adjusting lighting or colors, or making other cosmetic improvements. AI is used only as a production tool to assist with these enhancements and is not intended to replace the creative work, judgment, or personalization provided by our team.

AI-assisted editing is used solely to improve the presentation and quality of customer-provided content and is never used to alter an athlete's identity, athletic ability, achievements, statistics, recruiting status, or other factual information. Elite Recruit Shop will not create, edit, or manipulate content in a way that knowingly misrepresents an athlete.

While we strive to achieve the best possible results, enhancements are limited by the quality of the original files submitted, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.

8. Digital Products & Custom Orders

Most of our products are custom-designed specifically for each customer.

Design Adjustments

Because every order is custom-created using customer-provided photos, videos, logos, and other materials, the final design may vary slightly from product samples, mockups, or promotional images. Elite Recruit Shop reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to layouts, spacing, sizing, positioning, colors, fonts, and other design elements to best accommodate the materials provided and to ensure a professional, polished final product while maintaining the overall style and quality of the original design.

These reasonable design adjustments are considered part of the normal customization process and do not constitute a change in the purchased product or service.

Once work has begun on a personalized order, refunds may not be available except as required by law or outlined in our Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for accuracy before providing final approval. Once the customer provides final approval, Elite Recruit Shop is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

Customers are responsible for submitting all required customization forms, photos, videos, and other requested materials in a timely manner. Orders that remain incomplete due to missing customer information for more than twelve (12) months from the date of purchase may be considered abandoned at the discretion of Elite Recruit Shop. After that time, Elite Recruit Shop reserves the right to close the order without refund, and a new purchase may be required to restart the project.

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, the timely receipt of customer materials, and customer responsiveness. Elite Recruit Shop is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete submissions, delayed approvals, or failure to respond to requests for information.

9. Pricing & Product Availability

Elite Recruit Shop reserves the right to modify product offerings, services, pricing, discounts, promotions, turnaround times, product features, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for. Any changes will apply only to future purchases unless otherwise stated.

From time to time, products or services may be updated, discontinued, or replaced to improve our offerings.

10. Recruiting Disclaimer

Elite Recruit Shop provides recruiting and branding tools designed to help athletes present themselves professionally.

We do not guarantee:

Athletic scholarships
College admission
Recruiting interest
Roster placement
Playing time
Coach responses
NIL opportunities
Any specific recruiting outcome

Recruiting success depends on many factors beyond our control.

Elite Recruit Shop will not create, edit, or manipulate content in a way that knowingly misrepresents an athlete's identity, athletic performance, statistics, achievements, recruiting status, or other factual information.

11. Parent & Guardian Responsibility

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising the online activity, social media use, recruiting communications, and public information shared by athletes under the age of 18.

Elite Recruit Shop strongly recommends that recruiting-related social media accounts for minor athletes be jointly managed by both the athlete and a parent or legal guardian.

Elite Recruit Shop provides recruiting and branding tools only and does not monitor or supervise online interactions or communications.

12. Privacy Commitment

Elite Recruit Shop respects your privacy.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information or a minor athlete's personal information with third parties for advertising, marketing, or data collection purposes. Ever.

Information collected is used solely to:

Create and fulfill purchased products and services
Process orders
Maintain customer accounts
Communicate with customers
Provide customer support
Improve our products and services

Information may be shared only when necessary to complete services you request (such as payment processing, website hosting, printing, shipping, or other trusted service providers) or when required by law.

13. Marketing Communications

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or promotional emails, Elite Recruit Shop may occasionally send updates regarding new products, services, promotions, recruiting tips, or other business-related information.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included in our emails or by contacting us at info@eliterecruitshop.com.

Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send transactional or service-related communications regarding your account, purchases, order status, proofs, revisions, or other information necessary to fulfill your order.

14. Removal of Player Information

The account owner, an athlete who is 18 years of age or older, or the parent or legal guardian of a minor athlete may request removal of player information from our active systems at any time.

Upon verification, we will make reasonable efforts to remove the requested information from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as completed orders, financial records, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all original content on the Elite Recruit Shop website—including but not limited to website design, graphics, branding, logos, layouts, templates, recruiting materials, videos, text, product descriptions, downloadable content, and other original works—is the intellectual property of Elite Recruit Shop and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold, licensed, shared, reverse engineered, or used to create derivative works without the prior written permission of Elite Recruit Shop.

Purchasing a product grants the customer a limited license to use that product for its intended personal recruiting purposes only. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, artwork, templates, branding, or other intellectual property.

Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, commercial use, or creation of derivative works based on Elite Recruit Shop products, templates, graphics, videos, or website content is strictly prohibited.

Elite Recruit Shop reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or infringement of its intellectual property.

16. Canva Template License

Canva templates purchased from Elite Recruit Shop are licensed for personal recruiting use by the purchasing customer.

Customers may:

Customize the template for their own athlete.
Download, print, and share completed recruiting materials.

Customers may not:

Resell or redistribute the template.
Share template access with others.
Claim the design as their own.
Copy the design to create competing products.
Offer the template as a free or paid download.

If locked design elements are removed or significantly modified, Elite Recruit Shop may decline future editing requests. Customers who substantially alter a template may be required to purchase a new template or editing service before additional support is provided.

17. Right to Refuse Service

Elite Recruit Shop is committed to providing a positive, respectful, and professional experience for every customer.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service, cancel an order, suspend an account, or decline future business at our sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, if a customer engages in behavior that includes, but is not limited to:

Abusive, threatening, intimidating, or harassing communication.
Discriminatory, hateful, or offensive language or conduct.
Repeated unreasonable or excessive demands beyond the scope of the purchased product or service.
Repeated failure to communicate or cooperate in a manner necessary to complete an order.
Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
Providing false, misleading, or intentionally inaccurate information related to an order or athlete.
Requests that violate copyright, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.
Any behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile working environment for Elite Recruit Shop or its representatives.

If service is discontinued after work has begun, any refund will be issued solely at the discretion of Elite Recruit Shop and in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

We believe every athlete and family deserves to be treated with respect, and we ask that the same courtesy be extended to our team.

18. Limitation of Liability

Elite Recruit Shop's maximum liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Elite Recruit Shop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products, services, website, or recruiting materials.

19. Changes to These Terms

Elite Recruit Shop reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our website or services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Elite Recruit Shop's products or services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Michigan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
