Can I start the order now and customize later?
Yes! Your package purchase unlocks a customized tab in your customer account. You can start gathering everything using our visual checklist and submit your athleteâs details when you're ready.
Do you create the resume for us, or do we fill it in?
You choose! It is A LOT of personal information. We will fill in the info we have. You can send us the rest of your player's details and weâll build it for you, or you can edit the Canva template yourself using a free Canva account.
How long does it take to receive everything in the Elite Package?
We begin processing your customization as soon as you submit your form. Turnaround times vary by season, but most Elite Packages are delivered within 7â10 business days.
How will we receive everything?
Digital items are delivered via email with instructions on how to use them. Physical postcards are shipped directly to you, for free!
What happens if we submit the form and later need to update something?
Just reach out, weâre happy to make adjustments as long as your design hasnât gone to final production.
Can we request changes after the package is delivered?
Yes, your Elite Package includes up to 2 minor revisions per product free of charge. (i.e. Minor revisions donât require extensive redesign of the product, such as swapping a pic, typos, adjusting a font, or color changes.)
Do you offer refunds on custom packages?
Because everything is personalized, we cannot offer refunds once work has begun. If you need help or adjustments, just contact us, we want your athlete to love their final designs.
What if I donât see my email?
If you are not receiving emails from us, check your spam or junk folder, sometimes our messages like to hide there! đ
