We currently embed highlight videos that are hosted on YouTube. If your video is not on YouTube, no worries — go ahead and place your order, then email us at help@eliterecruitshop.com with a link to where your video is located. We’ll work with you to figure out the best way to get it uploaded so it can be featured on your Link Page.

How long will it take to receive my Link Page?
Please allow 1–5 business days to receive your completed Link Page. We do our best to send it as quickly as possible, but during high-volume times, it may take the full window. If you have a time-sensitive request, feel free to reach out before ordering.
What if I notice a mistake?
We want your Link Page to be perfect. If you notice a mistake or need a small change, you’re welcome to request up to 2 free edits within 7 days of receiving your completed order.
Need more edits or want to make changes after that window? No problem, you can purchase an Update Link Page at any time to refresh your info.
Will I need a new QR code when I update?
Nope! Your QR code is dynamic, which means it always points to the same link, even if we update your info or design behind the scenes. You can keep using the same QR code forever, and it will always bring coaches to your updated page. No need to reprint or re-share anything.
Can I add other links?
Yes! You can add up to two additional links listed as "Other" category on the customization form. This is a great spot for things like a personal website, link to schedule, or anything else you want coaches to see.
We’re starting simple to keep everything clean and easy to use, but if you need more in the future, just let us know — we’re always open to improving based on your feedback.

How do i customize this
You can customize each product directly on the product page using our built-in form. If you don’t have all the info ready yet, no problem. Just select “Not Ready” and continue to check out. We’ll send a link to complete your customization later by text or email, using the parent’s preferred contact method listed on the account. Making it easy for you to customize your product whenever YOU are ready!.
